Like many things, a cold beer goes great with these.
2 Talapia Fillets
1 Onion, sliced
1 Large jalapeno, seeded and sliced
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp basil
1 Lime, juiced
1/2 c shredded cabbage
1/2 c shredded carrot
1/4 c yogurt
4 soft flour tortillas
Sautee onion and jalapeno until onions begin to turn translucent.
Cut fish into pieces and add to sautee along with spices.
While fish cooks, spread yogurt on torillas. top with shredded carrot and cabbage.
When fish is done, squeeze lime juice into pan and stir. Divide between tacos.
Fold and serve.
